At Spirit Evnts, we strive to provide a seamless experience for all attendees, vendors, sponsors, and collaborators. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase or booking.
1. Ticket Purchases
- All ticket sales are final.
- Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.
- In case of event postponement, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event unless approved by the organizer.
2. Vendor Booth Bookings
- Vendor booth payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Booth cancellations made by vendors will not be eligible for refunds or transfers.
- In exceptional circumstances, credit towards a future event may be considered at the sole discretion of Spirit Evnts.
- If the event is cancelled by the organizer, vendors may receive a partial or full refund depending on non-recoverable venue and operational costs already incurred.
3. Sponsorship Payments
- Sponsorship and partnership payments are non-refundable once agreements have been finalized and promotional activities have commenced.
- Any custom marketing, branding, or production costs already incurred will not be refundable.
4. Event Changes & Force Majeure
Spirit Evnts reserves the right to change event dates, venues, schedules, or programming due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Venue restrictions
- Government regulations
- Weather conditions
- Public health concerns
- Technical or operational issues
Refunds may not apply under such circumstances.
5. Processing of Approved Refunds
Where refunds are approved, processing times may vary between 7–14 business days depending on the payment method and financial institution.
By purchasing tickets, booking vendor spaces, or participating in our events, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
