Participation in any event organized by Spirit Evnts confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Event Tickets & Registrations

• All ticket sales and registrations are final unless otherwise stated.
• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Entry may be denied if tickets are found to be duplicated, resold, or misused.
• Event timings, performances, or schedules may change due to operational requirements.

3. Vendor Participation

• Vendor participation is subject to approval by Spirit Evnts.
• Booth allocations are managed at the sole discretion of the organizer.
• Vendors are responsible for maintaining professional conduct and presentation standards throughout the event.
• Spirit Evnts reserves the right to remove vendors displaying inappropriate, unsafe, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
• Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organizer.

4. Sponsorship & Collaborations

• Sponsorship benefits and deliverables will be agreed upon in writing prior to the event.
• Sponsors are responsible for supplying approved branding materials within required timelines.
• Spirit Evnts reserves the right to refuse sponsorships that do not align with the event vision or audience.

5. Photography & Media

By attending our events, participants consent to photography, videography, and content creation for promotional and marketing purposes across social media, websites, and advertising platforms.

If you do not wish to appear in media coverage, please notify the event team at the venue.

6. Liability

Spirit Evnts is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
• Vendor stock or equipment damage
• Injuries, accidents, or unforeseen incidents occurring during the event
• Third-party services, products, or transactions conducted at the event

Attendees and vendors participate at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, event concepts, designs, promotional material, and website content associated with Spirit Evnts remain the intellectual property of Spirit Evnts unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all attendees, vendors, sponsors, staff, and collaborators.

Any inappropriate, abusive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without refund.

9. Force Majeure

Spirit Evnts shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, venue restrictions, government regulations, public health concerns, or technical issues.
